Initial State Report

Investigation. Appraisal. Approval.

The IED (European Design Institute)-Directive and the initial state report means new obligations for plant operators and industry. Die IED-Directive came into effect in November 2010.  The aims of the directive were to standardize environmental specifications within the EU and to prevent unequal competition.
