What is AVISS?

AVISS is our software for service station operators. It collates all relevant information on service stations and service station networks and makes them visible.

AVISS is the data center of your service station enabling you to analyze, organize and control.

What kind of information does AVISS show??

  • Type and location of the individual construction elements and components
  • Maintenance requirements of the components
  • Deadline monitoring for maintenance
  • Data of contractors (such as construction companies, cleaning enterprises, etc.)
  • Type and location of advertising vehicles
  • CAD plans
  • etc.

Which advantages does AVISS provide?

All time and cost consuming processes are summarized and automated. Thus, external contractors can be much more economically integrated into the processes of the service station because they immediately receive the information they require. This saves time and cost.

Even fault reports can be automatically transferred. “Manual” verification is no longer necessary.

How can I use AVISS?

As you please. AVISS will be adjusted to your special requirements. This applies, among other factors, to the presentation and use of various media. Thus, AVISS can be used both by internet and corporate network.

 

Components presented in the CAD plan can be linked with documents of all kind. Click to open an Excel table or a PDF file.

The CAD plan seizes all important components:

  • In case of service stations for example:
  • storage tanks
  • filling pumps
  • filling areas
  • property perimeters
  • shopping area
  • washing area
  • etc.

Office buildings can equally be seized by AVISS which presents

  • workplaces
  • office furniture
  • staff

Defined components are found by „search“. For this purpose, no additional information on the location is required. The result will automatically present the CAD plan with identification of the required element.

You are looking for a room with a certain minimum size and special communications? The search function will also help you find office areas within your office building. After entry of the criteria, the result of your search will be highlighted in colors. 

The search function will also help you to find components with exactly defined criteria, such as:

  • due maintenance deadlines
  • defined control periods
  • birthdays of staff

How do I navigate in AVISS? This is simple: via the toolbar in the left window or within the CAD plan. The toolbar is individually adjusted to the requirements of your company.
