Since January 4, 2010, excavators have been working in the heart of Fulda. In the area neighboring the city centre of Fulda, deconstruction activities of the former enamel works had been started. Within the next two years, a power store with a planned floor space of about 18,000 m² is being developed on the former industrial waste land. 

For this project of OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH, HPC has assumed engineering design and supervision of deconstruction works in order to hand on the property in a state ready for development.
