Merger between HPC and Eisele

The consolidated companies of HPC and Dr. Eisele will in future jointly operate under the roof of HPC . All 77 staff members of the engineering company Eisele will be retained. They are employed in 15 branch offices, 12 of them being located in the south of Germany.

The portfolios of both companies match to a high degree, i.e. both companies operate in the fields of site recycling, infrastructure planning and environmental consulting. Eisele, however, is highly experienced in the field of geohydraulic investigation, which so far was not represented within HPC to this extent.

Apart from local clients of the public sector, both companies possess a stable complementary client structure in the industrial sector. Dr. Gerhard Eisele, Managing Director of Eisele, judges the merger promising with regard to serving major clients by means of a national and international network. What counted furthermore for him, were preservation of staff and corporate culture which are both guaranteed by the merger. For Dr. Andreas Kopton, General Executive Officer of HPC AG, the merger closes gaps in the geographic network and improves performance ranges.

By the merger, HPC grows to a total staff of 340 operating out of 29 branch offices in Germany and 11 all over Europe. The international alliance with Inogen enables HPC AG to offer services all over the world.  This makes HPC the number one in Germany in the field of environmental engineering and consulting and one of the top 10 in Europe.
